Bitton Orange Jelly 190ml
A product made by accident, this was originally the juices that came from a batch of marmalade being made. We discovered they had a superb caramelized toffee quality and played with it to create this versatile product. Experiment with it! Our favourite uses for it are as a basting for a ham, leg of lamb or breast of duck or to pour over natural yoghurt and fruit for a morning sugar hit!
