Back in the 1930's the Wiech family began making traditional egg noodles from a time-honoured family recipe. As neighbours began sampling Mrs Wiech's delicious hand made noodles, word soon spread across the Barossa Valley. What began as a cottage industry has expanded into the thriving business it is today and demand is still increasing.
