Nougat Limar

We adore Limar’s premium, generously portioned range of nougats as much as our customers do. Andrew Yiasemides started making nougat as a hobby in 2000. In November 2001, his nougat was judged to be the best in Australia by the well known food critic for the Sydney Morning Herald, John Newton. The rest, as they say, is history, and Limar’s manufacturing facilities have expanded to keep up with the growing demand for their exceptional nougats in a range of fruit and nut flavours.
